Established in 2004, our journey began as a residential summer basketball camp that was designed to give children the opportunity to engage with others and learn life skills to prepare them for life outside education systems, a mission that still drives our company today.

In 2023, the LMP Group companies, LMP Education, Inspire ATA and LMP Action joined the SEG Group to continue to make a difference to education and have a positive impact on society.

LMP Education offers a range of apprenticeships training programmes across 3 key service areas: Teaching, & Early Years, Finance and Business & Professional Services. Rated ‘Good’ by OFSTED. Inspire ATA is the UK’s leading Flexi-Job Apprenticeship Agency, offering short-term apprenticeship placements through a unique recruit, train and deploy model.

Inspire ATA specialises in creating apprenticeship opportunities for young people entering the workforce for the first time. Inspire ATA recruits apprentices on behalf of the ‘host’ client, enabling us to offer additional support and a better experience for both apprentice and client.

Inspire ATA is approved by the Department for Education as a Flexi-Job Apprenticeship Agency and is listed on the Flex-Job Apprenticeship Agency Register (FJARR). Winner of Recruitment Service of the Year Award 2023 and 2nd Best Apprenticeship Employer in the UK by RateMyApprenticeship 2023/24.

LMP Action is a Community Interest Company working to influence communities by working with young people to shape their futures and nurture their ambitions.

Programmes include residential summer camps, transition camps (supporting young people transitioning into secondary school) alternative provision (for 12 to16- year-olds at risk of exclusion), careers workshops, works experience, CSR and other enrichment programmes that add value to young people and the communities we serve.
