About LMP Group

The LMP Group is made up of 3 separate companies but with a collective mission to inspire ambition and widen horizons. LMP provides opportunities and supports social change across the UK. The focus is on education and social impact; working together to bring about positive and sustainable development.

The companies include Let Me Play Ltd. which trades as LMP EducationInspire ATA Ltd. and LMP Action C.I.C.  The various departments within these 3 companies serve schools, businesses and individuals across the UK through apprenticeships, traineeships, employability programmes, adult education, alternative education, enrichment and holiday camp programmes.

"Let Me Play" was established in 2004 with a residential summer basketball camp and with the mission to create opportunities for young people, something that we still do to this day.

LMP Education is a national apprenticeship training provider that was graded "Good" by Ofsted in March 2020 (read the full Ofsted report here) and is currently ranked 4th in the "Rate My Apprenticeship" list of Top 50 Training Providers 2021-22.  We are particularly proud of this achievement because it is the apprentices themselves that rate us!  Check out our reviews here

LMP Education delivers apprenticeships, traineeships, adult education and employability support programmes.

In 2020 we received the 1-Star Best Companies to Work For accreditation. "A 1-Star accreditation from Best Companies is a significant achievement that shows an organisation is taking workplace engagement seriously". We also received the 75 Best Small Companies to Work For in London accreditation.

In 2021 LMP Education received the Investors in People Gold accreditation.

Inspire ATA specialises in creating apprenticeship opportunities for young people entering the workforce for the first time. Inspire ATA recruits and employs each and every apprentice on behalf of the “host” client, enabling us to offer additional support and a better experience for both apprentice and client. Inspire ATA arranges the most suitable and appropriate apprenticeship training from a selection of high-quality partner training providers.

Inspire ATA is currently ranked 1st in the “Rate My Apprenticeship” Central and Greater London Regional Top Employers Award and 19th in the list of Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers 2021-22.

LMP Action is our Community Interest Company and serves as vehicle to make a positive impact on society through working with young people in broadening their horizons and inspiring their ambitions.  Programmes include Residential Summer Camps in basketball, football, athletics and construction, Summer Transition Camps, supporting young people to transition into secondary school, Alternative Education for 12-16 year olds at risk of exclusion, and other Enrichment Programmes that add value to young people and the communities we serve.

Engagements to date

Group Employees

School Partnerships

  • We used Let Me Play’s Alternative Education Provision very successfully last academic year with 2 difficult-to-engage students and got very positive results for both learners. We saw a marked improvement in their attitude and engagement. The programme really increased the students’ self-esteem and confidence in themselves as learners.

    Enfield Education Tuition Centre
  • The Let Me Play Alternative Education Provision offers our students a personalised service and has accommodated our most hard-to-reach students.  Their team comprises a professional staff who work well with both the school and the students to ensure improvement of behaviour and positive outcomes.

    Globe Academy
  • We were impressed with the range of services, the flexibility and the ease of set up.

    UCL Academy
  • I enjoyed the sports sessions and interacting with the other students but most importantly the time that tutors gave me not just during class but during downtime like lunch breaks, to just have a normal chat. The tutors and coaches were good role models and taught me how to control my emotions and channel them in the right direction.
