Terms & Conditions: LMP Group/Education

First and foremost, we hope that you have a great time when taking part in any of our programmes or training. However, please do read and be aware of the following terms and conditions.

  1. Personal Loss or Injury:

You understand that the organisers (directors, employees, contractors and volunteers) of all Let Me Play, LMP Education and LMP Foundation led programmes, activities and training are under no liability whatsoever in respect of any personal loss or injury that the applicant may sustain.

  1. Insurance:

We do have our own public liability insurance, however participation in our activities is at the participant’s own risk.

  1. Safety:

Regulations made for the health, safety and comfort of participants must be observed. These will be unique to each programme.

  1. Cancellation:

Let Me Play Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any activity or programme should minimum numbers not be met, or circumstances dictate that it is in the best interest of the organisation, staff members or participants to cancel.

  1. Application Form:

All participants in the holiday activity programme are recommended to complete an application form, however we do also accept turn-up and play bookings. It is acknowledged that you consent to your child taking part in our activities if they turn up and want to engage.

  1. Video Footage and Photographs:

Video footage and photographs may be taken during the sessions for teaching purposes, records, and promotional purposes. Please inform us in writing via info@llmp-group.co.uk if you/your child would like to be excluded from this.

  1. Jurisdiction:

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  1. Travel:

In the event of an emergency (i.e. hospital visits), you understand that your child may be transported by car driven by an organiser or staff member where this is most appropriate.

  1. Collection/Drop Off:

You understand that it is your responsibility to sign your child in and out with a member of staff on residential camps.  On non-residential programmes, you consent to your child making their own way to and from the activity unless you inform us otherwise.

  1. Residential Camps

On booking a residential camp we request a £100 deposit with the remainder being due 1 month prior to camp.  Should you need to cancel your place on camp, the £100 deposit is non-refundable.
