Adult Education

Overview

For individuals and employers, the Adult Education Budget (AEB) aims to engage adults and provide the skills and learning they need to equip them for work, support them if already in work or other learning opportunities through employment services and recruitment partners. It also enables more flexible and tailored programmes of learning to be made available to help eligible learners engage in learning, build confidence, and/or enhance their wellbeing.

These qualifications are aimed at anyone who is either in employment or searching for employment, particularly those who wish to develop their skills in education (early years, teaching assistant and SEND) or maths and English. These short courses are designed to support you into work or to progress within work.

Our current AEB contract is for London residents only.

We are able to offer the following fully-funded short courses:

  • Awareness of Mental Health problems (our most polpular course!).

All our courses are certificated and are delivered through a distance learning platform, allowing your staff members to choose when and where they study. They will also be assigned a personal tutor who will be there to support with their learning.
