Delivery Policy
Camps, Trips and Courses:
As soon as you sign up to one of our camps, trips or courses, you will receive notification by email. As soon as we receive your payment, you will receive confirmation by email. All camps, trips and courses are subject to the terms and conditions highlighted in the online application process and in our application form.
Sportswear and Products:
As soon as we receive your order and payment, we will process. Please allow up to 1 week (2 weeks for outside the UK) for delivery of your products. Delivery and packing charges are specific to the product and are detailed at checkout. We offer free delivery on all orders over the value of £75 (within the UK).
Return Policy
You may return an item to us within 14 working days from receipt of delivery. To obtain a refund of your original delivery charge you must inform us that you wish to return the item within 7 working days of receipt of delivery. After this period we are not obliged to refund this charge.
Items returned within the 7 day cooling off period
By law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 7 working days after the date the item is delivered.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the 7 working day cooling off period and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:
- Where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we’ll refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred
- Where you are returning an entire order, we’ll refund the full delivery charge you incurred.

Please also ensure that any tags are still attached to the item and all packaging is included.
