It’s the ultimate responsibility entrusting us to look after your child. We hope to answer any questions below, however, please feel free to email us on info@letmeplay.co.uk or call on 0845 009 0933. We are always pleased to hear from you.
Yes, we will arrange collections from one local train station (cost of £10 return) and from one airport (£50 return).
It is imperative that you check your flight options before you book to ensure that you arrive into an airport that we can collect from and at our designated times.
There will be snacks available from a tuck shop and it will also be possible to order snacks at night. However, this will be at your son/daughter's own cost. We will provide 3 meals per day (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
When you arrive on camp you will be asked if you want to deposit any money into the camp bank. The money you put in cannot be lost or stolen. If you do not do that, any money you lose or that has been stolen from you cannot be replaced. At the end of the camp any unspent money will be returned to you in full.
Registration times vary across each camp, there will be a 2 hour allocated arrival time announced one month prior to camp. This is generally in the afternoon.
Each camp will end at a slightly different time, the times will be announced closer to the start of camp and will be sent to you in your Welcome Booklet.
The menu will offer a variety of nutritional meals. It is important to us that the menu has a healthy balance at all times. If your child has any special dietary needs or would like a vegetarian option, please notify us by email or in writing.
Why not? The preparations of your team in cooperation with Let Me Play could be particularly useful. Besides the excellent facilities, you will also experience all the enjoyment of being part of a superb sports camp. We work, think and live sport. The preparations also include the use of various other facilities.
They need to be ready for the session to start at 9:00am or 9:30am (depending on the camp) - please have breakfast prior to arrival. We will let you know the end time of camp in your Welcome Booklet, normally it will be in the evening after dinner.
Please ask your child to call you on arrival at camp, if your child does not have a mobile phone we will be able to make a call to let you know that they are there safely.
We will honour room mate requests if space allows but it cannot be guaranteed. Please make your request by noting it on the application form or by emailing us. Please note that boys and girls will not share rooms. We also separate participants by age groups.
We are open for both coaches and parents to view at all times. However, please notify us in advance so that we know who you are and why you are on campus. You will have to sign in. Please note that there is no photography or filming allowed.
Yes, you are allowed to bring these items, but it is strongly recommended that you do not. Please note that we will not be held responsible if your valuable items are lost or stolen. Such items are brought to camp at your own risk!
