Yes, we will arrange collections from one local train station (cost of £10 return) and from one airport (£50 return).
It is imperative that you check your flight options before you book to ensure that you arrive into an airport that we can collect from and at our designated times.

We have a number of welfare and safeguarding staff who will be contactable 24 hours a day. Each accommodation block will also have at least one member of staff in it should there be any issues.
Yes, we have trained first-aiders and physiotherapists available at each camp.
In the evening we also have a tuck shop available where participants can buy snacks and drinks. We recommend participants bring a small amount of cash with them in case they would like to buy anything in the evenings. We will provide 3 meals per day for residential participants (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and 2 meals per day for non-residential participants (lunch and dinner).
Yes, awards will be presented at the closing ceremony on the last day of camp.
When you arrive on camp you will be asked if you want to deposit any money into the camp bank. The money you put in cannot be lost or stolen. If you do not do that, any money you lose or that has been stolen from you cannot be replaced. At the end of the camp any unspent money will be returned to you in full.

Camp registration is usually between 2-4pm on the Sunday for residential campers, and between 3-4pm for non-residential participants. The timings will be confirmed in the camp welcome booklets which will be sent out a few weeks prior to the start of camp.
Each camp will end at a slightly different time, the times will be announced closer to the start of camp and will be sent to you in your Welcome Booklet.
We ask that your children wear appropriate clothing for sports activities, tracksuit, t-shirt, shorts and a water proof jacket. We also ask that your children have an indoor and outdoor pair of trainers.
Each camp will vary and a few weeks prior to camp you will receive a welcome booklet outlining all that you will need.
Please be advised that we do not recommend bringing valuables to the camp and any such items are brought to camp at your own risk.
The menu will offer a variety of nutritional meals including both hot and cold options, as well as a salad bar and fruit selection. It is important to us that the menu has a healthy balance at all times. If your child has any special dietary needs or would like a vegetarian option, please notify us by email or in writing.

Please provide your child/ren with a health packed lunch and a refillable water bottle. We ask that your children do not bring fizzy drinks.
Cancellation within 4 weeks of the start of the camp is non-refundable. Before this time, you will receive all but the intital deposit back (£100).
Why not? The preparations of your team in cooperation with Let Me Play could be particularly useful. Besides the excellent facilities, you will also experience all the enjoyment of being part of a superb sports camp. We work, think and live sport. The preparations also include the use of various other facilities.
They need to be ready for the session to start at 9:00am or 9:30am (depending on the camp) - please have breakfast prior to arrival. Collection is usually 9pm after evening activities but we can be flexible with pick up times.
Day Campers get lunch and dinner only. Please ensure campers have had breakfast before arriving at camp.
Please ask your child to call you on arrival at camp, if your child does not have a mobile phone we will be able to make a call to let you know that they are there safely.
Yes, you will receive a personal evaluation at the end of camp.
We will honour room mate requests if space allows but it cannot be guaranteed. Please make your request by noting it on the application form or by emailing us. Please note that boys and girls will not share rooms. We also separate participants by age groups.
We are open for both coaches and parents to view at all times. However, please notify us in advance so that we know who you are and why you are on campus. You will have to sign in. Please note that there is no photography or filming allowed.
In most cases this is possible. Please contact us to check and if it is possible we can book a room for you for a nominal additional charge.
Yes! All of our coaches and staff are qualified and CRB checked.
Yes, you are allowed to bring these items, but it is strongly recommended that you do not. Please note that we will not be held responsible if your valuable items are lost or stolen. Such items are brought to camp at your own risk!
The LMP staff will be on hand to make the dropping off of your children safe and professional. Registration and collection will be at the same point unless notified by the LMP Staff.
- Sun Cream, we are not able to apply sun cream, so please supply your child with some and our coaches will ensure that they apply it at safe times during the days.
- First Aid, all our coaches are first aid trained and will ensure that your children are safe on the camp. If in the unfortunate instance that your child is injured, you will be duly informed.
All our holiday camps run from 9.30am – 4.30pm, so please arrive at 9.15am for registration and collection. We also offer an early drop off and late pick for an additional charge of £6, 8.30am and 5.30pm
