Doing your Duke of Edinburgh Award?
Do your Residential Option with Let Me Play!

Let Me Play are pleased to have teamed up with the Duke of Edinburgh award as an Approved Activity Provider. All Let Me Play overnight camps now count towards the residential option of the Gold DofE Award.

To achieve the Gold Award, participants need spend at least 5 days and 4 nights away from home on a shared activity with people they’ve never met before. Let Me Play Sports Camp fulfill these requirements while providing a fun sporting experience for all participants. Whether you have been doing sports your whole life or have just started out, Let Me Play camps cater to all levels of ability.

Let Me Play offer sports camps in Football, Basketball, Tennis, Street Dance, Cheerleading and Athletics. Residential options for all of these camps include accommodation on site, 3 meals per day, the camp itself and a free Let Me Play T-shirt.

Our 2010 Camps are as follows:

Street Dance Camp – Birmingham, 1-6 August: Learn all the latest moves from industry professionals! The camps ends in a filmed performance!

Cheerleading Camp – Birmingham, 1-6 August: Learn tumbling, jumping, stunts and more at this brand new Let Me Play camp!

Basketball Camp– Aylesbury, 8-13 August: From dunking and lay-ups to tournaments and All-Star games, this camp covers all the fundamentals of the game and is one of the biggest Basketball Camps in the UK!

Athletics Camp Aylesbury, 8-13 August: In the run up to the 2012 Olympics, Let Me Play is offering the chance to learn the latest skills in running, javelin, hurdles and more. This camp is brand new for 2010!

Reading FC Football Camp Ascot, 15-20 August: For the third year in a row Let Me Play have teamed up with Reading Football Club to offer young people the chance to train with the stars!

Tennis Camp – Ascot, August 15-20: Dream of being the next Roger Federer? Make it happen with week long training at the Let Me Play Tennis Camp 2010 sponsored by popular sports brand K-Swiss.

Plymouth Argyle FC Camp – Plymouth, 15-20 August: Brand new for 2010! This is a chance for young players to get closer to the team and learn from some of their professional coaches!

Football Trial Camp  – Ascot, 22-27 August: Improve your game with coaches from Premiership and Championship Clubs, scouts also present.

Southampton FC Camp - Southampton 22-27 August: A chance for young fans to get close to the team and learn the Southampton way.  There will also be a trial in front of Academy coaches.
