Basketball Hub

At Let Me Play we are passionate about basketball. The Let Me Play organisation started with a basketball camp more than 8 years ago. Both company directors used to play basketball and are still heavily involved in the development of the sport.

Hammersmith Basketball Club was established in 2011 and is operated and owned by Let Me Play Basketball Ltd. The club registered with the NGB England Basketball, club number CA3403. We anticipate that we will have the Club Mark accreditation any day soon!

Firstly congratulations on a very successful first ever season with the Ealing, Hammersmith & West London Basketball Academy. You can be very proud that our programme finished in 2^nd position in both the England Basketball Academy League and the British Colleges League. You have been a big part of this initial success so well done!

We currently run the following programmes:

The Let Me Play Elite Basketball Academy at Ealing, Hammersmith & West London College

We have an elite squad that train every day and compte in the Academy League. In the 2011/12 season our 1st team finished in 2nd position of the Academy League and made the last 16 of the national playoffs and our 2nd team finished in 2nd position of the British Colleges League. We are currently recruiting players for the 2012/13 season. Thur 30^th August, 10am till 4pm

Adult Basketball

We have an open training session for adults (men and women aged 18+) every Wednesday night in Hammersmith. Please email academy@letmeplay.co.uk to find out more. Everyone is welcome.

Basketball for 11 to 19 year olds

Every school holiday we run basketball clinics, courses and jam sessions in Hammersmith. The are free to attend and a lot of fun. Please email academy@letmeplay.co.uk to book your place!

The Let Me Play Basketball Camp

One of the UK's biggest and best residential basketball camps. This summer it will take place at the University of Glamorgan in Wales from 12 to 17 August 2012. For more information and to book your place, please click on the basketball image in the above menu.

Coaching Clinics

In February 2012 we organised the NBA Coaching Clinic for Under 21s (http://www.wlc.ac.uk/college/news/article.asp?newsID=1540). It was a huge success and we hope to do more coaching clinics in the future.

We intend to build on the foundations laid down this year and make next season even better. We look forward to you being a big part of next season’s success.
